Job Summary:As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our performance management processes within the HR department. You will be responsible for implementing change initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring smooth transitions as we enhance our performance management systems.Key Responsibilities:Change Strategy Development:Design and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.Identify areas for improvement within performance management processes.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with HR teams and key stakeholders to gather insights and drive change initiatives.Facilitate workshops and focus groups to assess readiness and gather feedback.Training and Communication:Develop and deliver training programs for employees and management on new performance management practices.Create communication plans to articulate changes and benefits clearly to all stakeholders.Performance Impact Analysis:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.Provide data-driven insights to recommend further adjustments to the performance management system.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on best practices in change management and performance management systems.Recommend enhancements to existing processes based on industry trends.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in change management, preferably in HR settings.Strong understanding of performance management principles and frameworks.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively across various levels of the organization.Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) is a plus.
