Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-site)Experience Required: 3–5 yearsNationality: SaudiAbout the Role:We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be familiar with all Saudi governmental HR platforms and able to manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently and accurately.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and OnboardingSupport the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and candidate communication.Prepare offer letters and onboarding kits for new hires.Conduct employee orientation and introduce company culture and policies.Employee RelationsAssist in resolving employee concerns and implementing company policies.Organize engagement activities and awareness events.Promote transparent communication between departments.Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate logistics and schedules.Maintain training records and monitor participation and outcomes.HR AdministrationMaintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, performance).Prepare HR documents such as contracts, warnings, and reports.Support HR dashboard and presentation preparation.Performance ManagementAssist in coordinating performance evaluations and tracking KPIs.Provide data and insights for employee development plans.Compliance & Government PlatformsEnsure compliance with Saudi labor laws.Manage HR tasks through government platforms (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD, etc.).Stay updated with regulations and support HR audits.Employee Benefits & Payroll SupportAssist in managing insurance, leaves, and benefits.Coordinate with payroll for updates and employee inquiries.HR Systems & Continuous ImprovementMaintain HRIS data accuracy.Support HR initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.Must be Saudi national.Proficient in all government platforms (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, etc.).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
