Change Manager - Organizational Change Management (OCM)Location: Lund, Sweden (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Duration: 03 November 2025 – 28 February 2026 (with potential extension to 31 March 2026)Languages - English and Swedish fluency.Hybrid work pattern: 3 days per week in Lund office.OverviewWe’re supporting a leading global engineering business with the rollout of a unified ERP platform, designed to standardize processes and drive efficiency across the organization. This program requires a strong Change and People Development Specialist to ensure smooth adoption and alignment across global teams.You’ll join the Change and Communication team responsible for Organizational Change Management (OCM), internal and external communications, training, and people development. You’ll work with HR, project teams, and technical experts to build engagement and drive transformation success across the global D365 rollout.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport change and communication initiatives aligned with the global OneERP program.Collaborate with HR and project stakeholders to manage organizational readiness and engagement.Lead strategic competence planning through reskilling, knowledge transfer, and capability development.Monitor and assess change adoption across sites to ensure successful implementation.Facilitate alignment between global functions and local project teams to maintain consistent messaging and change methodology.Contribute to content creation, training delivery, and development programs that enhance workforce capability.Key Competencies & ExperienceProven experience driving transformation in large-scale programs (ERP rollout experience preferred).Strong track record in change management, people development, and project management.Skilled at stakeholder engagement and influencing across international and cross-functional teams.Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable change and development plans.Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in communication strategy and content creation.Experience designing and delivering training and development initiatives.
