Nationality: Malaysian & Expats in Malaysia are preferred.Key Responsibilities:Create and implement change management plans that align with organizational goals, focusing on maximizing employee adoption and minimizing resistance to change. Monitor, review, and adjust change approaches to ensure objectives are achieved and improvements are embedded.Communication and Training: Facilitate effective communication regarding changes and provide necessary training support to the organisation to ensure understanding and support of new initiatives. Promote ongoing engagement and communication to support inclusive and sustainable transitions.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management and project teams, to present and promote a unified view of change.Monitor and Report: Track and communicate the progress of change initiatives, run change engagement surveys, analyse employee responses, and report on outcomes to ensure objectives are met.Change Impact Assessments: Assess the potential impacts of change across different groups and functionswithin the organisation and with our digital service providers.Driving Business Readiness: Support teams in preparing for and adopting new systems, processes, or ways of working. Design and implement suitable change interventions to facilitate effective end to end adoption and integration of change within the organisation and with our digital service providers.Mandatory:Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate changes and foster understanding among team members.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly address issues and make informed decisions based on data and feedback.Experience in Change Management: Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools to develop effective strategies.Fluency in English is mandatory.Proven experience as a change manager for complex digital transformations and implementations
