Change Manager Dublin (Hybrid)12-month contract I’m working with a client in Dublin that is seeking a Change Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering change management activities for a large-scale transformation programme implementing a new work task management system.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end change management for a large-scale technology and process transformation impacting over 1,000 employeesDevelop and executed a comprehensive change strategy, including stakeholder mapping, risk management, impact assessments, readiness planning, and structured adoption tracking.Manage engagement with cross-functional stakeholders and employee representatives, ensuring alignment, effective consultation, and minimal operational disruption.Design and delivered targeted communications, role-based training frameworks, and practical performance support materials to enable behavioural change and sustained adoption.Establish and mobilised a change champion network, coordinated site-level readiness activities, and implemented post-launch support and benefits measurement to ensure long-term success.Experience Required:5–10+ years change management experienceExperience leading large scale change initiatives Change management qualifications are desirable Track record of building strong internal relationships from line managers up to C-SuitePlease note: Candidates must require a valid EU Passport/ Stamp 4 visa.
