By combining Indonet’s robust network services with Digital Edge’s regional expertise, EDGE DC offers world-class SLAs, operational excellence, and future-ready capacity to help businesses grow and innovate in Indonesia and beyond.Edge DC have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Channel Account Manager for support our business.Role Summary:The Channel Partner Sales is responsible for developing and managing the company’s indirect sales channels through strategic partnerships with system integrators, managed service providers, telcos, and technology vendors. This role focuses on driving revenue growth via channel-led business, building long-term partner relationships, and executing joint go-to-market strategies that strengthen the company’s position in the data center and cloud ecosystem.To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in channel or partner sales within the data center, telco, ISP, or cloud industry.Established relationships with system integrators, distributors, and technology vendors in Indonesia or across the region.Strong understanding of colocation, interconnection, and cloud infrastructure solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.The key responsibilities for this role include:1. Channel Development & ManagementIdentify, recruit, and onboard new partners (resellers, system integrators, MSPs, distributors, and telcos).Establish and maintain a joint business pipeline focused on colocation, interconnection, and cloud services.Develop channel programs, incentive structures, and enablement plans to boost partner engagement and productivity.Conduct partner onboarding sessions, training, and certification programs to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.2. Sales & Revenue AchievementDrive indirect sales to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets through the partner ecosystem.Work closely with internal teams (Product, Presales, and Marketing) to support proposals, RFPs, and partner-led opportunities.Track, measure, and report partner performance, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and go-to-market priorities.3. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.Act as the primary commercial liaison for channel-related activities and communications.Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and plan for continuous growth.4. Market & Partner IntelligenceStay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the data center and cloud sector.Identify and execute joint marketing activities, co-branding opportunities, and industry events with partners.Provide actionable insights and feedback to the Sales & Marketing Director regarding market positioning, pricing strategy, and partner ecosystem development.
