Job DescriptionPrimary function of this position is to commercialize sales and marketing programs within specified channel and to support channel-specific business building opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities Work within Channel Marketing team to identify, develop, commercialize and implement channel/customer specific programs (special packaging, promotions, events, marketing materials, flyers, brochures and displays). Support Channel & Product Team to develop and execute launch plans and marketing strategies for new product introductions/launches within channel of distribution. Collect/develop and analyze sales reports and market feedback from internal sources, customer feedback, and other sources to identify key issues, trends, opportunities and market share growth/decline for use in marketing and sales planning purposes. Assist and develop Point of Purchase material and displays to increase sales at the customer level. Work with Channel Team and Field Sales to gain knowledge of customer interaction and sales process. Assist in the development of annual business plan for channel/customer. Conduct competitive market analysis to formulate recommendations for channel plan including advertising and promotional strategies.Education And Experience Requirements Requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, or Business. Minimum 2 years experience in a sales, and/or marketing. Highly organized and very strong, proven project management skills. Sound analytical skills and acute attention to details. Strong communication skills, persuasive and able to effectively communicate ideas. Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and Internet usage is required. Ability to travel 30% of time.
