An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Director to join a leading Financial Services firm in St Helier, Jersey. This senior leadership role is integral to ensuring exceptional client service, driving operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team. As Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening key client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery, and upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance. They will act as a Client Relationship Owner, overseeing a portfolio of private client structures and working closely with intermediaries, advisors, and industry partners.
In addition, will play a key role in shaping business strategy, contributing to the company’s growth, and ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional with at least 10 years of experience in the offshore financial services industry, with a strong background in Private Client and Fiduciary Services. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Previous experience as a director on regulated clients and operating company boards is highly desirable.
