Reception Supervisor – St Brelade’s Bay HotelFull-time | Front Office TeamSt Brelade’s Bay Hotel is a prestigious four-star hotel overlooking one of Jersey’s most picturesque beaches. We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our Front Office team. As part of the reception team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome and ensuring their experience is seamless from arrival to departure. This role is central to the smooth running of our hotel and requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficientlyHandle telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteouslyAssist guests with requests, providing helpful information about the hotel and local areaProcess payments and maintain accurate billing recordsCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure outstanding guest serviceAssist the Front Office Manager in daily operations and provide supervisory support to the Front Office team. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesA professional and welcoming manner at all times What We Offer:
