We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand & Communications Manager to drive positive brand outcomes across a leading firm. This global role will be based within the Group Marketing team, working closely with senior leadership, jurisdictional marketing teams, and external vendors. Key responsibilities include safeguarding and developing the brand identity, delivering effective PR strategies to enhance visibility and reputation, and overseeing all firmwide marketing infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead the management of websites, digital campaigns, social media strategy, and internal communications initiatives.
The role also involves producing high-quality content, maintaining brand consistency, managing award submissions and legal directories, and measuring the impact of all communications activity. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in PR and communications, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. A degree in Marketing or Social Media, or a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification is required. Strong copywriting, stakeholder management, and digital skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset, creative flair, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
