Our client is seeking an innovative leader to head their Technology and Data team and drive the digitisation of financial services in Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading technology and data teams, delivering transformation programmes, and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Strong strategic vision, operational expertise, and exceptional communication skills are essential. Experience in Jersey’s financial services or regulatory sectors is desirable but not essential.
