Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a multi-skilled Web Designer who knows how to blend design, motion, and interaction to create high-performance websites and seamless digital experiences. Your role will be about structuring, designing, and prototyping entire web experiences, ensuring they’re intuitive, accessible, and packed with smart interactions. What you’ll be doingSite Mapping & Wireframing – Laying the foundation with logical site structures and user flows, ensuring smooth navigation before moving into high-fidelity design. UX/UI & Web Design – Designing seamless, intuitive, and visually sharp websites using Figma & Relume, always keeping usability and best practices in mind. Prototyping & Motion Design – You know how to make designs move and feel intuitive, bringing interactions to life with fluid transitions, micro-interactions, and engaging animations. Using Figma Smart Animate, Lottie, After Effects, Webflow prototypes, or ProtoPie, you’ll craft fully interactive prototypes that give clients a real feel for their website before development.

Client-Ready Presentations – Creating functional, interactive prototypes that let clients see and interact with their website vision before it’s built. Developer Handoff – Preparing detailed design systems, interactive guidelines, and motion specs, ensuring a smooth transition from design to development. Accessibility & Web Standards – Designing with a sharp eye on WCAG 3, performance, and SEO best practices, making sure every site is high-performing, user-friendly, and fully compliant. Collaboration – Working closely with developers, strategists, and marketers to create web experiences that don’t just look good—they perform.

What we’re looking forA Designer Who Thinks Beyond the Screen – You don’t just make things look good—you design with purpose, thinking about usability, engagement, and performance. Motion & Interaction Know-How – You understand how to make designs feel alive using Figma Smart Animate, Lottie, After Effects, Webflow prototypes, or ProtoPie. A Problem-Solver at Heart – You can break down complex challenges into intuitive, user-friendly solutions, always with a strategic mindset. Collaboration & Communication Skills – You’re comfortable presenting ideas, justifying design choices, and working seamlessly with developers, strategists, and clients.

A Fast, Flexible Thinker – You thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving agency where every project brings something new. Nice to have (but not essential)Webflow Prototyping – Ability to create interactive, motion-enhanced prototypes directly in Webflow for real-world user testing and client demos. Advanced Motion & Animation – Experience with Rive, 3D, or more in-depth motion design techniques. Basic Web Development Awareness – A solid understanding of Webflow, WordPress (Gutenberg or Elementor), and front-end principles, though coding isn’t required. Video Editing & Digital Production – Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, podcasting, or audio production is a bonus.
