Every move the team make directly shapes our products’ performance in the market, giving the team shared ownership of the organsation’s commercial success.In this role, you’ll own the full cycle of B2B marketing - planning, conceptualising, executing, and analysing activities across retail channels. Working hand-in-hand with the B2B sales team, you’ll co-own commercial targets and help make sure SOUNDBOKS comes through consistently and powerfully across all markets.Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:Retail Marketing Strategy & ExecutionYou’ll own retail marketing calendars for your territories and make sure they’re running on track.You’ll create and roll out physical POS and digital channel assets that grab attention.You’ll explore and continuously optimize campaigns to grown market share, ensure relevance, and push tactical plans forward.You’ll support the coming to life of the 360° go-to-market strategy across EU retail.You’ll plan and run trade and channel events that speak the SOUNDBOKS language.Collaboration, Connections & Commercial OwnershipYou’ll work closely with sales, brand, marketing, and product teams to deliver experiences that matter.You’ll adapt per need to shifting priorities while focusing on key markets and customers.You’ll build strong relationships with European channel partners’ commercial teams, becoming a trusted partner in every move.You’ll own, manage, and track MDF budgets with sales, finance, and external partners.You’ll co-own commercial targets with your sales team, knowing your work directly shapes the overall success.You’ll team up with channel sales managers to challenge, inspire, and drive accounts forward.In-Market ActivationTravel time is a part of it! You can expect to spend around 10% of your work year in locations across Europe - it’s time with customers for spotting opportunities and growing partnerships together.In order to become a success in this role, we believe that your profile should be aligned with the bullets listed below. However, we acknowledge that success can take many forms, so please do apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes.You have 4-5 years of experience in retail or trade marketing with B2B customers (retailers, distributors, or channel partners). Experience in consumer electronics is a plus, but not a requirement.You’ve got a strong commercial mindset, a clear understanding of how marketing drives sales, and solid grasp of digital marketing dynamics.You think and work systematically - you turn strategy into action and follow through.You’re structured and thorough - you plan, execute, document, and follow up.You work confidently within brand and partner guidelines and can execute within defined frameworks.You’re proactive, energetic, and naturally drive things forward.You bring a hands-on, no-nonsense attitude and a strong sense of ownership.You’re fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.You connect with what SOUNDBOKS stands for and want to be part of the journey.Intrigued?
