We are also integral in addressing the scaling needs of our Partnerecosystem and driving a positive experience for our Partners when working with Snowflake.Thus Partner Revenue Operations is uniquely positioned at the cross section of these criticalsupport functions to make a true impact on the business.Our team is building the capabilities needed to scale Snowflake’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy& Partner ecosystem into new markets and customer segments, introduce uniquely newsolutions and services, and sell through new channels.We are seeking a results-driven Channel Deal Operations professional to support our evolvingGTM model. This role bridges execution and strategy, ensuring deals flow smoothly from partner and sales engagement through to booking, while continuously improving the underlying systems and processes that enable scale.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at resolving deal blockers in realtime, and partners closely with sales and partner managers to unlock business opportunities.Beyond day-to-day deal execution, this individual will help shape the operational foundation bydocumenting processes, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drivingimprovements that streamline quote-to-cash and partner deal workflows.Intimate knowledge of SIs, ISVs, Cloud Partners and Reseller business and the associatedprocesses and tools needed to support are critical. Success in this role requires balancing “runthe business” priorities such as deal desk support, approvals and transactional accuracy, with“change the business” initiatives such as process mapping, automation and systemenhancements. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational precision andcontinuous improvement.This role is based in Warszawa, Poland.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:structure and process deals quickly and accuratelyRun the Business:Provide real-time channel operations support to partner and sales managers to unblock,Serve as the first point of contact for channel deal desk and quote-to-cash relatedinquiriesReview deal documentation for compliance with policies, commercial terms and partnerprogramsPartner across functionally with Sales Ops, Desk Deal, Legal, Finance and RevOps toensure smooth deal execution and bookingsMonitor deal throughput, identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for immediatebusiness impactSupport internal and external compliance and audit reviews for channel businessesprocesses and partner workflowsChange the Business:Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) that clarify dealCreate process maps and visual flows to improve visibility and consistency across teamsCollaborate with systems and IT stakeholders to enhance CRM/PRM/CPQ andcontracting tools to support Channel GTM motionsIdentify automation opportunities that reduce manual efforts and improve speed tobookingsBalance daily deal execution with strategic improvement initiatives that modernizeoperations that lead to scaling the businessON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE6+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations or channeloperations in high-growth enterprise softwareProven ability to manage deal flow from quote through booking with strong attention todetail and policy complianceDemonstrated experience documenting processes, writing SOPs, and mappingworkflows in tools like Lucidchart, Miro or VisioSolid understanding of CRM/CPQ systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)Strong analytical skills; able to diagnose process bottlenecks and recommenddata-driven improvementExceptional collaboration and communication skills across functional teams (Sales,Legal, Finance, IT, RevOps)Comfortable working in an evolving GTM motion with ambiguity while creating clarity andstructure for othersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Salesforce / PRMSnowflake / SQLBI/analytics toolsSnowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
