We help partners drive business growth while accelerating Akamai's go-to-market objectives. You will support key initiatives driving strategic alignment, operations excellence, and program success across the Akamai Cloud and Technology Partner ecosystem.Help us achieve our goalsThis position involves collaborating with teams to design, execute, and optimize technology and cloud partner programs. Responsibilities include improving processes, supporting reporting, and driving continuous improvement. The role focuses on enhancing scalability, engagement, enablement, and efficiency. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders ensures seamless execution and program success.As a Channel Programs & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing and improving existing partner programs, ensuring they meet business goals and partner needs.Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Partner Account Executives, Business Development and leadership, to align program strategy with business prioritiesDefining and executing change management plans, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and programs.Driving operational & reporting improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.Providing external technology partners with monthly revenue and contract reporting.Liaising between internal and external technology partners to solve any questions related to revenue and contract reporting.Do What You LoveTo be successful in this role you will:Have 2+ years of experience in in Program Management or Business Operations.Have a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background.Possess analytical skills and experience with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent tools.Have experience working with Partner Programs and being responsible for partner related processes.Be familiar with partner ecosystems like ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplacesDemonstrate experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheets, Confluence, and Google Productivity ToolsDemonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment while adapting fluidly and managing tense situationsBe adept working across diverse, global environments and in matrix organizationsWork in a way that works for youFlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
