ResponsibilitiesSales and Business development Approach, develop, engage, maintain relationship and generate revenue from Panel builders / System Integrator/RetailerNew project collaboration and management Follow up new project created by our Spec Manager and ensure winning % Monitor Project PO, response time, delivery time and after sales by collaborating with respective distributorPartner development and management Conflict Management (PRM), Internal reporting (Order Booking & Sales turnover, M+3 Forecast, Stock Analysis, Strategy & Action Plan) Develop our partner / distributor in product knowledge, technical expertise and relationship management to support the marketQUALICATIONS Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales or marketing related electrical engineering field Ability to read and understand single line diagram Ability to develop, execute and monitor channel program (collaborate with marketing team) Knowledge in electrical engineering is advantageous
