This role oversees all security operations, develops and enforces security policies, and leads the security team to maintain a safe, peaceful, and luxurious environment in line with the brand’s standards.QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or villa.Background in law enforcement, military, or security management preferred.Strong leadership and crisis management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.Knowledge of security systems, CCTV monitoring, and emergency procedures.
