Channel Sales ManagerLocation: Triple Access, Petaling JayaIndustry: Technology/Communications SolutionsEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition Overview:The Channel Sales Manager plays a key role in expanding and managing Triple Access’s regional partner ecosystem to deliver innovative Smart Building IoT solutions. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and system integrators, driving solution adoption, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, product principals, and enterprise customers within the ASEAN region.Job Summary:The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing the company’s channel sales network by working closely with IoT partners, system integrators, and enterprise clients. The role involves providing technical consultation, designing tailored IoT solutions, and acting as the primary liaison between the product principal (based in China) and local markets to ensure successful go-to-market execution.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or telecommunications engineering, proven experience in channel management and B2B solution sales, and the ability to bridge business and technical discussions. Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage due to frequent collaboration with Chinese partners and customers.Key Responsibilities:Identify and manage channel partners/system integrators to develop smart building IoT solutions.Provide technical advice and propose IoT solutions to clients.Focal person to liaise with product principal (from China) in solution design and go to market strategy.Assist and co-ordinate with enterprise customers (from China) in their business expansion or relocation exercise to the region.Qualification:Degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering.Minimum 3 years of working experience, especially in sales and channel management.Able to understand and converse in Mandarin is a key advantage.Experience in collaborating with channel partners/system integrator in IoT industry will be an added advantage.Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.Able to travel within the ASEAN region.Key Attributes:Highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven.A strategic thinker with a strong positive mindset.Professional, ethical, and committed to delivering exceptional customer engagement.Ready to take on the challenge?
