Job Description
We’re looking for a Channel Trade Marketing Associate to drive sales performance and optimize trade strategies.Responsibilities:Analyze retail sales formats, provide sales performance analysis, establish trade standards, and develop customized programs for Modern Trade channels.Evaluate brand and SKU performance, provide comprehensive category analysis, collaborate for strategy alignment, and lead annual channel management.Recommend additional products, assess competitors, and implement effective strategies while evaluating and improving market penetration programs.Manage trade cost budgets specifically for Modern Trade Channel Customers. Co-approve activity mechanics based on the aligned strategies from the Business Unit, monitor sales realization and P&L, track program post-evaluations, and compute sourcing activities.Co-manages event pitches, co-approves most qualified agencies, and conducts post-evaluation of special events under the Modern Trade accounts under the trade cost.Co-sign sales forecasts, formulate forecasts based on off-take and monitor sell-in volume and sales turnover versus forecasts.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to Trade Marketing and/or Brand Marketing.Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of financial performance from topline to bottom lineProficient in computer applications and business software.Highly analytical with strong critical-thinking skills.
