BACKGROUNDLe Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar a reçu un financement de la Banque mondiale pour mettre en œuvre le Projet de Préparation aux Pandémies et Prestation de Services de Santé de Base (PPSB). Le projet prévoit également une stratégie de communication robuste pour renforcer la visibilité, la mobilisation communautaire et la gestion des risques C’est dans ce cadre que l’OMS prévoit également le recrutement d’un consultant national qui aura pour mission d’appuyer la mise en œuvre des activités de la composante One Health du projet PPSB, coordonner les actions de communication du projet, et d’ assurer le suivi technique et opérationnel des activités en lien avec les partenaires nationaux et internationaux. PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTANCYContribuer à l’institutionnalisation de la plateforme One Health:
Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des plans stratégiques, manuels de gouvernance et modules de formation. Appuyer les activités de renforcement des capacités, y compris les formations et les webinaires. Communication et visibilité : Mettre en œuvre le plan de communication du projet Produire des contenus de communication (articles, newsletters, visuels, vidéos). Organiser des campagnes digitales et des événements de sensibilisation. Assurer la documentation des bonnes pratiques et des success stories. Coordination et suivi : Assurer la liaison avec les ministères, les partenaires techniques et financiers.
Contribuer à la planification, au suivi et au reporting des activités. Participer à la préparation des rapports d’avancement et financiers.
