What You’ll DoAs a Charge Nurse, you will:Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality resident care. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
