Our team of sea-loving professionals has extensive sailing experience and deep local knowledge to offer an amazing sailing experience.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Charter Broker located in Kalamaki, Greece. The officer's primary role is to facilitate and manage charter operations, including bookings, filing permits, and collaborating with other departments for a seamless operation process. This role would entail multitasking, coordinating with different stakeholders, and excellent communication skills.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related fieldsProven work experience in a similar job role with exposure to sailing or yachting operationsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a customer-centric approachExcellent communication and negotiation skillsComputer literacy with proficiency in managing databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systemsFluent in English (written and oral)Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
