Job Description

Job Title: Chassis Engineer with Creo Software Job Type: C2CLocation: Evans, Georgia (Onsite) What You'll Do:Design and develop chassis components: suspension, steering, brakes, and frame systems using Creo (PTC Creo Parametric)Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings in compliance with GD&T standardsConduct FEA, structural analysis, and system-level simulationsCollaborate cross-functionally across vehicle dynamics, packaging, manufacturing, testing, and suppliersDrive prototype builds, validation testing, and design troubleshootingEnsure compliance with safety, cost, weight, durability, and regulatory standardsContribute to DFMEA, BOMs, design reviews, and DFM/DFA initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s (B.E./B.Tech) or higher in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering3–7 years in chassis or mechanical systems designStrong proficiency in Creo (CAD modeling & drafting)Experience with CAE tools (ANSYS, HyperWorks, etc.)Solid understanding of vehicle dynamics, materials, GD&T, and manufacturing processesFamiliarity with industry standards: SAE, FMVSS, ISOExcellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred Skills:Master’s in EngineeringExperience with lightweight or electrified vehicle chassisExposure to startups, PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill), and rapid development cycles
