The Chef De Partie Pastry is responsible for preparing and creating a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Key tasks include designing and updating dessert menus, managing kitchen operations for the pastry section, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and mentoring junior kitchen team members. The role involves close collaboration with the broader kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and creativity in offerings.QualificationsStrong expertise in Pastry Preparation, Recipe Development, and Dessert PlatingExperience in team management, kitchen operations, and training pastry staffKnowledge of Food Safety Standards and maintaining kitchen cleanlinessCreativity in designing new pastry and dessert recipes to enhance menusAttention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsFormal culinary training or degree specializing in pastry arts is preferredAt least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or within a pastry kitchenStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
