Aujourd'hui, nous collaborons avec des clients répartis dans 22 pays à travers le monde et nous possédons 8 filiales réparties en Europe, au Brésil, au Japon et en Australie.À ce titre, nous souhaitons accueillir un CHEF DE PROJET QUALITÉ afin de compléter notre équipe QHSE.Cette Opportunité Implique Plusieurs Tâches Dont Assurer la conformité des produit* sur nos différents sites (maison mère, filiales, plateformes délocalisées, partenaires) Assurer le traitement des non-conformités, des dérogations et des libérations, selon les procédures en vigueur Assurer la conformité documentaire, selon les procédures en vigueur Identifier et superviser les indicateurs de performance sur ses projets Assurer la capitalisation des retours d’expérience (REX) sur ses projets Réaliser des audits & contrôles chez nos partenaires internes & externes, rédiger les rapports et superviser la levée des réserves Assurer la veille technologique et normative dans son périmètre d’activité Assurer le rôle de « key contact » avec les parties prenantes (internes & externes) sur les projets sous sa responsabilité Identifier les problèmes de non-qualité (produit ou processus), les documenter, les escalader et les traiter en fonction des recommandations Prendre en charge l’implémentation et le maintien de l’Assurance Qualité Fournisseur liés à ses projets, en fonction des nouvelles orientations stratégiques et organisationnellesAFIN DE POUVOIR ASSURER LA MEILLEURE COLLABORATION POSSIBLE, NOUS SOUHAITONS : Master en qualité ou en Ingénierie avec une formation qualité reconnue Minimum 5 ans d’expérience comme Chef de projet qualité dans l’industrie Excellente connaissance du référentiel normatif ISO (ISO9001 impératif) et ISO17025 (un atout) Excellente connaissance des outils SMQ et outils d’analyse & résolution de problème (PDCA, QRQC, 8D…) Anglais niveau B2 Une formation Green Belt & Six Sigma serait un grand atoutLes Atouts Pour Ce Poste Connaissances en source d’énergie embarquée Expérience dans le domaine ferroviaireOutils Utilisés SageX3 MS OfficeSOFTSKILLS : Aptitude à décider et fédérer, sens de la communication et des responsabilités, excellente organisation avec une forte notion des délais et prioritésVous Avez Aussi Plusieurs Avantages Dispositions liées à la convention collective industrielle suisse : https://www.swissmem.ch/fr/themes/la-cct.html Cantine d’entreprise Flexibilité horaire Remboursement des frais de transportL'équipe Qualité est animée par la volonté de réaliser un travail qualitatif, tout en s'épanouissant dans un cadre bienveillant et solidaire.
