The company fosters a nurturing and committed culture aimed at restoring a positive relationship with food. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in Singapore. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and molding puréed meals according to company guidelines, ensuring all dishes meet nutritional and quality standards. The role includes collaborating with dietitians and food specialists to develop innovative recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and managing inventory. Additionally, the Chef will assist in improving food presentation and contribute to the overall dining experience for individuals with specific dietary needs. Qualifications Culinary skills, including food preparation, consistency in purée techniques, and meal presentationKnowledge of dietary and nutritional guidelines, especially concerning individuals with swallowing difficultiesOrganizational skills, with the ability to manage recipes, inventory, and kitchen operations efficientlyCreativity in recipe development and food stylingExcellent teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with dietitians, speech therapists, and other professionalsHygiene certification and adherence to food safety regulationsExperience in therapeutic or healthcare-related cooking is a plusPassion for making food accessible and enjoyable for diverse dietary needs
