The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, including managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supervising accounting staff. Additional duties include coordinating audits, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and assisting in budgeting and financial planning processes. This role also involves maintaining financial controls and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standardsExperience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial planningProficiency in accounting software and ERP systemsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage and lead a team of accounting professionalsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferredExperience in the facility management industry is a plus
