Chemical Engineer- Mechanical EngineerProduction ManagerMansystems (www.mansystems.org ), one of the leading companies asconsulting Firm, operating in Cyprus and 104 countries globally, is seeking for anChemical Engineer- Production Manager to join our client structure(The leadingCompany in Cyprus).Chemical Engineer-Chemical EngineerProduction Manager (CEP 9998863LI)- LIMASSOLA Chemical /Mechanical Engineer in a Production Manager role leadsteams and oversees the daily operations of chemical manufacturingprocesses, ensuring production targets are met, processes are efficient,and safety and environmental standards are followed. They areresponsible for staffing, managing resources, analyzing data to improveprocesses, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and qualityrequirements for chemical productsYour main accountabilities: Oversee daily production line operations, ensuring smooth andefficient workflow Monitor processes and equipment performance to ensurecompliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards Supervise production staff, providing guidance, support, andtraining where necessary. Coordinate and allocate resources (materials, manpower, andequipment) to meet production targets Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimizeproductivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality Troubleshoot technical issues, liaising with maintenance andengineering teams as required Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safetyregulations, and industry standardsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (orrelated discipline) Minimum of 5 years experience in a production/factory environment Proven experience in supervising or leading production teams Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safetystandards Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong organizational and resource management abilities Effective communication and leadership skills Benefits: €3.000 monthly gross salary 13 th salary 14th salary (83.33% of the regular salary) 6% Pension Fund after completing one year with the company 21 days of annual leave (including Easter, Christmas, and 3 weeks inAugust when the company is closed) Work Monday – Friday (38 hours per week), Loyalty Card after completing 6 monthsAnnual gifts and events Participation in various exhibitions both within and outside Cyprus ifdeemed necessary Opportunities for advancement & participation in training programsIf you get excited with the idea of competing for success and recognition of yourtalent and you demonstrate the above competencies, then send your CV!hr@mansystems.orgAll applications will be treated as confidential.
