MaisachOn-Site Chem-Trend (Deutschland) GmbHYou support our team as Chemist (f/m/d) Responsibilities Collaboration in our modern, globally connected development center for thermoplastics in Maisach near MunichDevelopment of innovative specialty products and technical customer support in an international environmentApplication of your solid knowledge in plastics processing and chemistry to optimize our product portfolioTransfer of laboratory developments into practical technical applicationsCreative contribution to next-generation products and active participation in shaping the global development strategyConducting laboratory and pilot plant trials as well as joint customer tests together with the sales teamDiverse tasks ranging from development and patent research to formulation management in SAPClose cooperation with internal departments and selected customers to successfully implement projectsQualifications You have a completed degree in Chemistry or a related field, ideally combined with relevant professional experience in a similar roleYou have experience in polymer-related chemistry and/or in the processing of thermoplastic plasticsYou have experience in formulating specialty chemicals under laboratory conditions, ideally combined with practical knowledge of transferring laboratory developments to an industrial scaleThrough originality and creativity, you are able to contribute to sustainable development and are willing and open to supporting production when neededYou enjoy working in a global, multicultural R&D teamYou have very good written and spoken German and English skills to communicate with our multinational sales teamYou are well organized and able to structure and prioritize activities transparently with regard to target deadlines in order to deliver the required results on timeYou have good IT skills, preferably including basic knowledge of SAPThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
