JOB DESCRIPTIONManage all accounting and financial activities of the company.Organize, control, and ensure the accuracy and transparency of accounting records and financial statements.Prepare, analyze, and present periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) in accordance with regulations.Monitor costs, revenues, receivables, and cash flow; propose effective financial optimization solutions.Manage and train the accounting team.Work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other related partners.2. REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.Possess a Chief Accountant Certificate as required by law.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a Chief Accountant or equivalent position.In-depth knowledge of corporate accounting standards, tax laws, and current financial regulations.Proficient in accounting software (MISA, FAST, Bravo, etc.) and strong Excel skills.Demonstrate management mindset, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.Honest, meticulous, and highly responsible..3.
