Midea Caucasus is focused on integrating environmentally friendly and energy-efficient technologies and is a leading manufacturer of electro-technical products in the region. Local office (Ltd MICA) in Baku was established in 2023 and is responsible for B2B distribution of Midea brand products and support partners with loyal after-sales service, warranty service and project consulting.Midea building technologies includes line up of the products such as:HVAC systems (Heating, ventilating, Air conditioning);Elevators and Escalators;Energy management systems;Smart home and smart lightning;Smart locks.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Accountant at Midea Caucasus (Ltd MIKA) located in Baku.Working Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 18:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM – 14:00 PM.Office Location:Khatai, Demirci TowerSalary: 2500-3000 AZN; 3-month probation period;Additional Benefits:Team-building events, variety of professional development opportunities, free coffee/tea. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES·      Organize accounting for the company’s receivable and payable transactions; Ensure proper documentation for receivables and payables;·      Prepare and control “Electronic Invoices” and monitor received “Electronic Invoices”;·      Record and supervise all transactions entered into the accounting software on a daily basis;·      Prepare and execute bank payment orders;·      Organize and conduct inventory count by balance sheet items and ensure that results are properly reflected in the accounts;·      Prepare information on the update and lawful maintenance of accounting records and monitor their implementation;·      Perform analysis related to the company’s financial and economic activities;·      In case the KPI system is applied, calculate and process bonuses and rewards; Register new employees in the SSPF (State Social Protection Fund) portal; Carry out all customs operations;·      Prepare financial statements in accordance with the company’s business activities;·      Prepare management and statutory reports in line with the company’s field of activity and ensure their timely submission to group finance (HQ) and relevant authorities.·      Execute other tasks assigned by management related to job responsibilities.RequirementsHigher education (specializing in Economics/Accounting/Finance and Credit);Completion of specialized courses, advanced training (ACCA) - desirable;Work experience 3 -5 years as Accountant;Analytical mind, systematic approach, structured thinking, responsibility;Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian, or English languages;Work experience in an international company is preferred;Knowledge of all processes of accounting, tax, and management accounting;Collection, processing, storage, and analysis of information;Payroll calculation skills;Accounting for settlements with suppliers and customers;Knowledge of 1C (8.3) programs, excellent knowledge of Excel.
