Chief Accountant

We work closely with experienced and qualified professionals across a wide range of consultancy sectors, delivering bespoke recruitment solutions on a variety of roles for mid and senior level.As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Chief Accountant" with below requirements for our multinational client operating in manufacturing sector.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business administration, accounting, banking, public administration.Active registration/license in Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants of Turkey (TÜRMOB),At least 8 years of practical experience is required,Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and other accounting tools,Proficiency in EnglishReside or willing to reside in Ankara.Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements),Design and manage budgets, forecasting future revenues and expenses, and analysing financial performance,Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations,Conduct internal audits, review financial records, and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information,Implement and maintain effective internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure accuracy,Communicate financial information to the stakeholders.
