As our operations grow, we are establishing a stronger financial backbone — and we’re looking for a Chief Accountant to lead that foundation.This is not just about compliance. It’s about building an accounting system that reflects the real performance of the business and sets the groundwork for financial transparency and sustainability.The RoleYou’ll take full ownership of VNOD’s accounting operations, leading our transition into a modern, structured system (MISA/Amis) and ensuring all financial data from 2018–2025 is properly reconciled and organized. You’ll also be the company’s registered Chief Accountant, responsible for all statutory, tax, and audit matters.This role requires a mix of precision, accountability, and initiative. You’ll be the point person between management, auditors, and authorities — and the person who brings clarity to our numbers.What You’ll DoLead setup and implementation of the new accounting system (MISA/Amis).Reconcile, input, and secure accounting data from 2018–2025.Prepare internal P&L reports that distinguish deductible vs non-deductible expenses.Manage VAT, PIT, and CIT filings accurately and on time.Build internal financial reports to help management understand true profit and cost performance.Maintain hardcopy and digital accounting archives to meet inspection standards.Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities during reviews.Oversee payroll calculations and statutory contributions.Develop and maintain cash flow and budget forecasts with HR/Admin and Operations.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Chief Accountant Certificate (or eligible to obtain).5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a Chief/Senior Accountant position.Proficiency in VAS, MISA/Amis, and Microsoft 365.Experience managing full accounting cycles, audits, and tax inspections.Strong analytical skills and high integrity.Hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.Experience with SMEs or organizations transitioning from manual to digital accounting systems is a strong plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary: 28,000,000 – 32,000,000 VND gross/month.Full statutory insurance + private health coverage.13th-month salary and paid leave policy.Travel coverage for field observations.Company laptop and SIM card.The opportunity to rebuild an entire accounting foundation from the ground up — and leave your signature on how VNOD manages its financial system.Ready to bring clarity and structure to our numbers?Apply now at https://asiamotions.com.vn/career/chief-accountant/ or send your CV directly to hr@asiamotions.com.vn with the subject line: Chief Accountant – Your Name.
