🚀 CBDO / Head of Sales | Mobile Performance Marketing Agency (CIS and possibly beyond) We’re a boutique performance marketing agency (20+ people) helping mobile apps and services grow through CPA-based campaigns. Our in-house team of media buyers and analysts drives measurable conversions and ROI for global clients.Now we’re looking for a CBDO / Head of Sales to take charge of sales and business growth. The foundation is already here — established processes, CRM, and a client base — but we need a leader who can scale our sales to the next level and negotiate at C-level.What you’ll doDrive new business with mid-size and enterprise clients (fintech, e-commerce, services, mobile apps).Lead high-level negotiations and close deals.Build and expand long-term client relationships.Manage the full sales process and mentor a sales manager.What we’re looking forProven B2B sales experience in digital services / performance marketing.A track record of closing mid-to-large ticket deals.Strong understanding of CPA models and performance metrics.Exceptional C-level negotiation skills.Proficient English.What we offerA key leadership role: you own the sales direction of the company.Strong infrastructure already in place (CRM, processes, client base).Competitive compensation: fixed salary + flexible, performance-driven bonus.The chance to influence strategy and business growth directly.Hybrid work setup.If you’re ready to build and lead sales at the highest level in a fast-growing agency, we’d love to connect.
