This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape the company's future.Key Requirements10-15+ years in Operations Leadership/Management within a Part 145 EASA/CAA organization or aircraft component supplier, broker, or an approved aircraft teardown specialistProven P&L ownership experienceDeep understanding of EASA/CAA Part 145 operations and/or AS9100, AS9110 & AS9120 standardsBroad operational oversight: Sales, Repair, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and InventoryStrong track record in change management and business transformationSkilled in driving growth and profitabilityContract negotiation experience a plusComfortable working across global teams and time zones
