Chief Commercial Officer - Inbound B2B Travel (Morocco)Mission: Own the commercial engine. Set the strategy. Drive revenue. Position us as Morocco’s go-to inbound agency for premium and luxury travel.What you’ll doBuild and execute a winning commercial plan to grow revenue, margin, and market share.Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales organization.Forge strategic partnerships with international tour operators and agencies.Shape innovative products and experiences aligned with our brand and client expectations.Track market trends, client insights, and competitors to steer decisive action.Own budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting end-to-end.What you bring10+ years in sales/commercial leadership in travel & tourism (inbound preferred).A proven record turning strategy into sustained growth.A strong international network in luxury/high-end travel (major plus).Negotiation, leadership, communication: best-in-class.Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (other languages welcome).PackageAttractive compensation for leaders with a robust client portfolio.Ready to lead? Send your CV to contact@geh.ma
