They're looking to recruit a chief compliance office to cover many responsibilities including KYC, AML, regulatory reporting and the improvement of procedures and controls.The bank has implemented an innovative fintech platform which necessitates a specific knowledge of digital banking as well as the traditional aspects detailed above.This is a very interesting challenge for someone looking to work in an entrepreneurial and human-sized environment. The person must speak fluent English and French and be eligible to work in Monaco or the European Union.
