Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Engineering and Maintenance:Assist in identifying major facilities and equipment requirementsEnsure proper maintenance of all equipmentStay abreast of technological advances in surveillance and safety equipmentPeople Management:Establish seamless coordination with all ACCOR departmentsProvide support to the team and motivate staffRespond to customer queries and resolve issues promptlyEnsure team is trained in all safety provisionsFinancial Management:Ensure optimal, cost-effective use of resourcesEducate team on resource managementOperational Duties:Direct and coordinate overall Engineering department activitiesImplement policies and processes whilst maintaining ACCOR standardsMaintain regular inventories of technical equipmentOversee maintenance and upkeep of records and statementsQualificationsDiploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Minimum 5-6 years of Similar experience in hotel or facility maintenance. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
