Backed by tier 1 investors, Nected is started by 2nd-time founders with strong tech & business acumen.Job Location: GurgaonRoles and Responsibilities:  Responsible for right tech solutioning, maintaining right balance in short term and long term outcomes.Working with TL / EM to define best practices for development and champion their adoption and at the same time Architect & design technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions.Operating with scale and speed amidst flux, there is just a LOT happening.Perform well in uncertainties; collaborate and work with unclear interfaces to other teams in our fast paced environment. Desired Skills and Experience:BS/ MS in Computer Science from top tier colleges.2+ years of total work experience in high scale web based products, preferably in a startup environment. Strong hands-on experience in at least one of React.JS, Next.JS, Vue.JSSound understanding of web technologies (e.g. Javascript, HTML5, CSS)Excellent personal, People & communication skills.Ability to make quick decisions in high pressure environments with limited information.
