Reports to: Board of DirectorsPrimary Objective: To lead the strategic transition of BIT Technologies from a speed up (initial acceleration) to a scaling up (sustainable scaling) phase. The CEO will be responsible for consolidating the business model, driving profitable growth, and establishing the company as a market leader.---1. Company ContextBIT Technologies is a dynamic technology company that has successfully navigated its initial validation and speed-up phase. We have a proven product-market fit, a solid customer base, and strong organic growth. We are now at a critical inflection point, ready to scale operations, penetrate new markets, and systematize the company to multiply its impact and valuation. The current founder/CEO is transitioning to the Chairman role of the Board of Directors, seeking a new leader to take the vision to the next level.---2. Mission for the New CEOThe new CEO will be the architect of our scaling phase. Their mission will be to:· Scale with Discipline: Systematize and professionalize all company functions (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and People).· Drive Profitable Growth: Lead expansion in existing and new markets, prioritizing CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value) efficiency.· Build Culture and Talent: Attract, develop, and retain the world-class talent required for this new stage, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and adaptability.· Manage for Value: Significantly increase the company's valuation, preparing it for future funding rounds or eventual exit strategies.---3. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Vision:· Refine and execute the strategic scaling plan, defining clear 3-5 year growth roadmaps.· Identify and prioritize market opportunities, geographic expansion, and new product/service development.· Make high-impact decisions based on robust data and market analysis.Operations and Scalability:· Design and implement scalable processes across all areas (from development to customer success).· Establish key metrics (KPIs) and reporting systems to monitor business health in real-time.· Optimize the cost structure and operational efficiency to maximize EBITDA margins.Commercial Growth and Marketing:· Lead the revenue strategy, overseeing Sales and Marketing teams.· Scale customer acquisition channels efficiently and repeatably.· Ensure high retention and revenue expansion rates within the existing customer base.Financial and Investor Management:· Manage budgeting, cash flow, and long-term financial planning.· Lead, if necessary, future capital raising processes (Series A, B, etc.).· Act as the primary representative of the company to current and potential investors and the financial community.Leadership and Culture:· Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.· Be the guardian of the mission, vision, and values of BIT Technologies.---4. Experience and Skills RequiredEssential Experience:· 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles (CEO, COO, General Manager) in technology companies.· Proven, hands-on experience scaling a company from an early growth stage ($5-20M ARR) to an advanced growth stage ($50M+ ARR). This is the number one requirement.· Has successfully led a Series A or later funding round.· Experience managing a large-scale P&L and making data-driven financial and operational decisions.Technical and Functional Skills:· Deep knowledge of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SaaS or digital business models.· Mastery of key scaling metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, MRR/ARR, Burn Rate, etc.).· Strong financial and business acumen.· Experience managing high-performance sales and marketing teams.Leadership and Personal Competencies (Soft Skills):· Scaler Mindset: Thinks in systems, processes, and structures, not just short-term tactics.· Inspiring and Execution-Oriented Leader: Able to align the entire organization towards a common vision while ensuring flawless execution.· Strategic and Business Acumen: Analytical vision to see the big picture and make tough decisions.· Excellent Communication Skills: Persuasive and clear when communicating with the team, the board, investors, and customers.· Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to operate in a high-uncertainty and fast-changing environment.· Talent Magnet: Ability to identify, attract, and retain top talent.---5.
