With a focus on strategic investments and operational excellence, the firm is building a new FMCG portfolio company aimed at capturing emerging consumer opportunities in the region.Position Summary: We are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our FMCG operations in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, the CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the companys strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, driving market growth, and delivering sustainable value for stakeholders in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic consumer markets. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute long-term business strategies in line with local and regional market trends. Lead market expansion initiatives, including penetration in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities across IndonesiaDevelop and execute the companys strategic growth plan in alignment with investor objectives Drive commercial excellence, including brand building, product development, distribution, and route-to-market strategies. Build and lead a high-performance management team and establish a strong performance-driven culture. Oversee P&L, operational performance, and financial discipline, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Work closely with the Board and Investment Team to align operational initiatives with long-term value creation goals. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and innovation strategies. Ensure strong governance, compliance, and ESG principles in operations. Qualifications: Proven track record as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive within the FMCG or consumer goods industry. Prior experience working with or within a Private Equity or Venture Capital-backed business is essential.Strong background in strategy, operations, and business transformation. Demonstrated success in scaling consumer brands or expanding market presence across Indonesia or Southeast Asia. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
