The business is expected to undergo a leveraged buyout in the short term. The predicted growth strategy beyond circa.€200m will involve scaling horizontally across regions, and vertically into new service offerings with the potential to make acquisitions. The ambition is to expand offerings to a ‘one-stop-shop’ service. The Role Develop and execute a clearly defined value creation plan aligned with shareholder objectives, driving growth through organic expansion, service line development, pricing optimisation, and geographic scale while strengthening the company’s strategic positioning within competitive IT services markets. Build and lead a scalable go-to-market engine across sales, marketing, and account management, enhancing pipeline discipline, conversion rates, account expansion, and renewals, and overseeing commercial strategy including pricing models, contract structures, and customer segmentation. Professionalise operational processes, service delivery frameworks, and governance, delivering margin improvement through utilisation management, delivery automation, and optimised sourcing models, while implementing scalable systems and tools (ERP, PSA, CRM) to support growth, control, and reporting visibility.Lead the bolt-on acquisition strategy including target identification, diligence, and integration, ensuring all acquisitions are effectively embedded into core operations, culture, and reporting, and building a repeatable M&A playbook to support scale. Build, develop, and lead a high-performing executive team, shaping a performance-led culture aligned with PE ownership and a growth mindset, while driving leadership development, succession planning, and incentive alignment. Act as the primary interface with the Board, investors, and lenders, delivering transparent and high-quality reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities, and ensuring strong governance across regulatory compliance, security, data protection, and contractual obligations.The Requirements Past successful experience as a CEO of a technology services company (or adjacent relevant sector) with €100M+ of sales in terms of building a sales strategy and executing it successfully, growing market shares, doing cross-selling, identifying and implementing synergies readable in sales, GM, EBITDA and cashExperience of an LBO as a CEOIdeally experience with Swiss corporatesVery “good manager”, leading and inspiring his/her teams, respected by customers and the IT industryKnowledgeable with international development and the operating of teams across various regionsAbility to invest in a management packageSensitive with the customers’ purchasing criteria: quality services, control
