This is a foundational executive role with responsibility for the organization’s strategy, operational buildout, investor relations, fundraising, revenue model, distribution channels, and long-term growth.The CEO will take over an advanced, nearly completed SaaS platform and build the full business infrastructure around it. This includes launching the product, establishing national distribution partnerships, leading the capital strategy, building the leadership team, and transforming a tech-driven legal support tool into a trusted consumer brand.This role demands vision, strong operational judgment, and the ability to lead and scale a high-growth SaaS company operating in a regulated environment.
