Job Description

Job Purpose:The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading Forward Sportswear Co., Ltd toward sustainable growth, profitability, and brand excellence in the sportswear industry. The CEO will oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including strategy, production, marketing, finance, sales, and human resources, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan and long-term vision.Identify market opportunities, business trends, and partnerships to expand market share.Drive innovation in sportswear design, manufacturing, and distribution.Business Management:Oversee daily operations across all departments (Production, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR).Ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.Implement strong operational systems, policies, and procedures.Financial Oversight:Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and capital allocation.Ensure profitability and financial sustainability.Report financial performance and strategic progress to the Board of Directors.Brand and Market Growth:Strengthen the brand image and customer engagement across local and international markets.Develop effective marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.Build partnerships with retailers, sports teams, and influencers.Leadership and People Management:Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing management team.Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability.Oversee talent recruitment, training, and performance management.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.Identify and mitigate business risks to protect company assets and reputation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in apparel, sportswear, or retail industries.Proven record of strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence.Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and retail operations.Financial management and budgeting skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.Core Competencies:Strategic and visionary thinkingBusiness acumen and financial literacyLeadership and people developmentInnovation and brand developmentNegotiation and stakeholder managementAdaptability and results-oriented mindsetBenefits:Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)Public Holidays (as per company policy)Annual LeaveAnnual Salary IncreaseSeverance pays
