With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and solid roots in the agri-food and manufacturing sectors, we are now entering a new stage of international development and innovation.To support this transformation, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and play a key role in the financial and operational evolution of the Group.Mission of the RoleAs CFO, you will oversee all finance, administration, and HR activities across the Group, ensuring financial control, compliance, and strategic support to the CEO and shareholders. You will lead a small but high-performing team, drive financial efficiency, and support long-term business growth.Main ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Leadership: Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.Financial Control & Reporting: Supervise accounting, consolidation, and accurate financial closings (monthly, quarterly, annual).Financing & Cash Management: Lead financing and refinancing projects, manage banking relationships, and optimize liquidity.Performance & KPIs: Monitor key financial indicators, ensuring profitability, cost control, and cash flow efficiency.Administration & HR: Oversee administrative compliance and HR processes (payroll, recruitment, contracts).Governance & Investor Relations: Support the Board with strategic reporting and maintain transparency with investors.Team Leadership: Develop and mentor the finance team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.RequirementsEducation: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA or Chartered Accountant a plus).Experience: 10–15 years in senior financial roles, ideally within industrial, agri-food, or FMCG sectors.Technical Skills: Strong command of French GAAP, financial consolidation, cash management, ERP, and reporting tools.Financing Expertise: Proven experience in bank negotiations, refinancing, and investor reporting.Languages: Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).Profile: Analytical, pragmatic, and hands-on, with strong communication and leadership skills.What We OfferStable and strategic position within a growing international group.Full responsibility over Finance, HR, and Administration areas.A leadership role with direct impact on the company’s growth.Competitive salary + annual variable bonus up to 10%.Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.
