Job Description

POSITION Permanent CONTEXT / PROJECT Entité / Pôle : Worms Safety EMEAAbilities include finance controlling & analysis, close supervision of Morocco and Tunisia finance operations, and support to the financial team (EMEA). Key challenges: Consolidation and harmonization of financial processes across multiple EMEA locations, integration of regional reporting with group requirements, management of multi-country compliance (IFRS/local GAAP), and preparation for strategic growth projects. JOB DESCRIPTION Missions:Lead financial planning, analysis, and control for the EMEA perimeter.Act as Finance Business Partner to operations, sales, and R&D.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in line with group standards.Oversee statutory accounts, tax compliance, and internal controls.Monitor KPIs (margin, operating result, turnover, stock level).Supervise cash management and financing strategy.Support M&A and post-acquisition integration projects.Collaborate closely with external auditors and local authorities.Contribute to operational efficiency through process automation and reporting improvements. PROFILE SOUGHT Hard Skills:Proven track record in financial leadership for multinational environments.Strong expertise in IFRS and multi-country GAAP.Advanced skills in financial planning, analysis, consolidation, and ERP systems (SAP, Proconcept, Quadratus, QuickBooks, LIMS).Experience in biotech, diagnostics, or services sector is a plus. Nice to have:M&A integration experience.Knowledge of African and European regulatory environments. Soft Skills:Strong analytical skills, rigor, and problem-solving mindset.Business-oriented with the ability to act as a strategic partner.Leadership without direct authority (initially).Excellent communication in multicultural contexts.
