Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – iGaming Industry

We are looking for an experienced CFO from the iGaming industry to take ownership of our finance and administration functions and elevate them to the next level. This is a strategic position for a growing company preparing for further investment and international expansion.The ideal candidate will streamline and professionalize financial operations, implement advanced reporting and dashboards, and prepare the organization for investor relations and due diligence processes.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all finance and administrative functions across multiple entities.Simplify, standardize, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and transparency.Implement financial dashboards, management cockpits, and reporting frameworks for real-time decision support.Prepare the company for potential investors or equity partnerships (M&A readiness).Drive the professionalization of existing financial systems and processes.Support structural setup and partial operations in Cyprus, ensuring compliance with local and Polish regulations.Collaborate closely with the management teams in Poland and Cyprus.Requirements:Proven experience in the iGaming industry – mandatory.Background in M&A, investor reporting, or financial structuring is highly valued.Strong expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and management dashboards.Experience with financial systems optimization and process design.Familiarity with Cypriot corporate and regulatory frameworks.Deep understanding of Polish financial and regulatory requirements.Fluent English.
