Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Location: Asia-based headquarters (with relocation support available)Role Summary:The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, providing financial leadership to guide the organization’s long-term growth and operational performance. This role oversees global financial strategy, capital management, governance, and compliance while driving business transformation and operational excellence across regions. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in multinational environments and a proven ability to manage complex, cross-border operations.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the CEO and Board to align financial direction with overall business and growth objectives.Lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.Oversee global budgeting, cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies to ensure financial sustainability.Enhance operational efficiency, cost management, and process consistency across manufacturing and regional entities.Ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.Manage investor relations, banking partnerships, and capital-raising initiatives to optimize liquidity and financing.Provide financial leadership for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and joint ventures.Drive enterprise-level ERP implementation (experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred) to strengthen reporting and internal controls.Build a robust governance and risk management framework to safeguard organizational integrity.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team that partners effectively with business units.Represent the company externally with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.Candidate Requirements:Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA (or equivalent).At least 15 years of senior financial leadership experience (CFO, Deputy CFO, or Divisional Finance Director level).Proven track record in managing multi-entity, multi-country operations within large international organizations.Strong experience in corporate finance, fundraising, and capital markets (exposure to public listings preferred).Expertise in M&A, restructuring, and transformation projects.Experience in manufacturing or production-based industries is highly advantageous.Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead diverse teams across geographies.Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.Must have experience in Hedging currencies (treasury)SAP S4 knowledge and is the system they use.Willing to relocate
