The CFO serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior management, offering financial insights that drive informed decision-making and foster long-term value creation.Strategic Financial LeadershipDefine and execute the Group’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals and growth plans.Act as a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives and investments.Financial Planning & Performance ManagementLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across all markets.Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful performance reports for executive decision-making.Accounting, Reporting & ComplianceOversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations.Maintain transparency and accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Treasury, Cash Flow & Capital ManagementManage liquidity, cash flow, and financing structures to support sustainable growth.Optimize working capital and ensure effective capital allocation across the Group.Risk Management & Internal ControlsMaintain a strong internal control framework and promote a compliance-driven culture.Identify key financial and operational risks and implement effective mitigation measures.Business Partnering & Decision SupportProvide financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions and new initiatives.Partner with commercial and regional teams to drive profitability and efficiency.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Build scalable financial capabilities to support multi-market operations and growth.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.Professional Certification: ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally in multinational or group environments.Proven experience managing complex financial operations across multiple legal entities and countries.Track record of leading budgeting, planning, and performance management in high-growth organisations.Strong understanding of IFRS, tax frameworks, treasury management, and corporate governance.Experience with M&A, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration is a strong advantage.Who You AreStrategic financial leadership and business acumenStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesDeep understanding of financial systems and data-driven decision-makingIntegrity, confidentiality, and professional ethicsExcellent communication and influencing skillsLeadership ability to inspire and develop teamsHands-on and proactive approach to complex challengesAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environmentsWhat We OfferA key leadership role in an international companyExposure to complex and fast-evolving marketsThe opportunity to shape legal strategy with real business impactCollaborative, open, and forward-thinking cultureCompetitive compensation packagePrivate health insuranceAdditional InformationLocation: Based in SF1 Group headquarters, Belgrade, SerbiaTravel: Occasional international travel to regional offices and subsidiariesLanguages: Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are an assetReady to lead across borders and brands?Join SF1 Group and make your mark as part of an international team shaping the future of premium retail.Apply today.
