Job Description: Chief Growth Officer (CGO) & Co-FounderCompany: Sixth Dimension Labs (6DLABS)Location: London, UK (Hybrid)Role: Co-Founder, Executive Leadership, Full-timeCompensation: Foundational Equity (See Below)The MissionSixth Dimension Labs (6DLABS) is building the Precision Fit Infrastructure for the $1.2 Trillion luxury e-commerce market. We are seeking a commercial partner to transition the company from a patented technology to a market-dominant platform.As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) & Co-Founder, you will be the commercial and strategic nexus of the company. Your mandate is to secure the capital, define the commercial narrative, and land the first flagship marketplace clients to establish 6D Labs as an indispensable enterprise solution.Core Responsibilities1. Commercial Strategy & Flagship Sales (The Revenue Engine)Enterprise Acquisition: Directly lead the sales strategy to secure the first major luxury marketplace (Net-a-Porter, Harrods, etc.) within the first 12-18 months.Business Development: Own the complete GTM strategy, including defining the optimal sales playbook, leading complex contract negotiations (SaaS, GMV Uplift, and Carbon Abatement Data), and managing a high-integrity pipeline.KPI Ownership: Responsible for all commercial growth metrics: Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Sales Cycle Length, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and overall customer lifetime value (LTV).2. Strategic Growth & Fundraising (The Capital Engine)Fundraising Leadership: Co-lead all future fundraising efforts (Series A and beyond) with the CEO, articulating the commercial narrative, and providing financial projections and market data to investors.Strategic Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players (e.g., e-commerce platforms, system integrators, major AI/AR hardware providers).Executive Strategy: Contribute to the overall business strategy, provide market intelligence, and ensure the product roadmap aligns with high-growth commercial opportunities.3. B2B Marketing & Brand Leadership (The Narrative Engine)Brand Positioning: Define and own the B2B marketing strategy, ensuring 6D Labs is positioned as the definitive, high-fidelity solution for Precision, Luxury, and ESG Compliance.Demand Generation: Build the marketing engine, leveraging verified pilot data to create auditable case studies, thought leadership content, and digital campaigns that drive qualified enterprise leads.Ecosystem Voice: Serve as a public voice for the company (alongside the CEO), presenting at major fashion tech and ESG conferences to build sector authority.Key QualificationsI. Domain Expertise & Network (The UHNWI/Luxury Mandate)Luxury E-commerce & Retail Domain Expertise (Non-Negotiable): Minimum 8+ years in a senior commercial or GTM role within Luxury E-commerce, High-End Fashion Retail, or a supporting B2B service (e.g., Data, Tech) strictly focused on the luxury sector.UHNWI/HNWI Network & Exposure: Proven experience and a demonstrable network that includes Tier-1 Luxury Executives and/or exposure to the UHNWI/HNWI client acquisition and retention process. The ability to leverage this network for high-impact business development and advisory board recruitment is a significant advantage.Venture Capital Experience: Proven experience successfully contributing to or leading multiple fundraising rounds (Seed to Series A) in a B2B SaaS, AI, or Deep Tech environment.II. Commercial & Growth AcumenEnterprise Sales Master: Documented history of securing multi-million-dollar ARR deals (SaaS/API) by navigating the complex procurement processes of large European luxury groups.Cross-Functional Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise Sales/Business Development, B2B Marketing, and Fundraising concurrently—the full CGO mandate.III. Cultural & Executive CommitmentFounding Commitment: Absolute commitment to the equity-only basis until the successful closure of the Seed Round.Leadership: Readiness to step into a Co-Founder/Executive role, build the initial commercial team, and contribute actively to overall business strategy.The Offer: Compensation & CommitmentPre-Funding: Equity-Only Basis. No salary will be paid until the successful closure of the Seed Round.Post-Funding Commitment: Upon the successful closure of our US$1 Million Seed Round, a competitive market salary (with full benefits) will be immediately implemented.Foundational Equity: A substantial equity package commensurate with the Co-Founder/CGO title, rewarding the commercial risk and the mandate to drive the company's valuation into the Series A phase.
